Nuttalls

A Nuttall is a summit in England or Wales over 2,000 feet (610 m) high, rising at least 15 metres (50 feet) above its surroundings. This page lists every Nuttall currently in our directory.

John and Anne Nuttall defined the set in their 1990 two-volume guide, The Mountains of England and Wales. They climbed every one themselves first, finishing in March 1990.

The low threshold keeps minor tops in, so the round is long. Pillar Rock in the Lakes is the only summit that needs ropes.
